All products remain property of Bloom Streetwear until payment is cleared and the product is dispatched.

If you wish to return your product once received, please email us at [email protected] or use the contact page on our website to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Damages

If you are returning a product due to damages, please include photographic evidence of the damage in your return request email. You will be refunded the postage cost of returning the item to us (Standard Royal Mail Second Class) as well as a refund on the damaged product or a replacement will be issued if desired.

PLEASE NOTE: DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. 

Unwanted Items

If you are returning an item as you no longer want or require it, you will be refunded for the ITEM ONLY or a replacement will be issued if desired.
